The following terms carry the meanings assigned below throughout these Terms & Conditions and all supplementary documents published by scr99.

To register and use the services of scr99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any legal prohibition or restriction that would make your use of the Platform unlawful under the laws of your country, state, or jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from scr99 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You acknowledge that online gaming may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation.

Each User may hold only one registered account on scr99. Duplicate account registration is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email ad dress, and contact phone number. Any deliberate provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). scr99 will never request your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify our customer support team.

scr99 reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, particularly where we have reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or where the account holder is acting in violation of these Terms.

scr99 is committed to preventing underage gambling, fraud, money laundering, and identity theft. As part of our compliance obligations, we require Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawing funds or when requested by our compliance team.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification: Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your full name and residential address (dated within the last 3 months).
• Payment method verification: A photo of the bank card (with middle digits obscured) or bank account statement confirming ownership of the deposit method used.

All documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed. scr99 will handle all personal documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

scr99 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, although unusually large deposits may trigger additional KYC verification procedures for anti-money-laundering compliance.

Deposits are typically credited to your scr99 account within 5 minutes during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits are credited instantly. scr99 does not charge any deposit processing fees, although your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

Users may request withdrawals of their available account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours during business days. Funds are returned to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise agreed with our support team.

scr99 reserves the right to request additional identity or payment-method verification documentation before approving a withdrawal. In cases where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of Terms is suspected, scr99 may withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

Withdrawals may be subject to administrative fees if the total wagering turnover on the account is less than 1x the deposited amount. This measure is in place to prevent misuse of the Platform for money-transfer purposes rather than legitimate gaming activity.

scr99 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other rewards to Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional material at the time the bonus is offered.

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings generated from them may be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be entirely excluded.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics (e.g., hedging, low-risk accumulator strategies).
• Coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Wagering exclusively on games with exceptionally high RTP or low variance specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.

scr99 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. All decisions regarding bonus disputes are final and binding.

All bets placed on scr99 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, sport, or market. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before placing wagers. Game-specific rules are accessible via the information or help icons within each game interface.

For sports betting, scr99 follows industry-standard settlement rules. Results are determined based on the official outcome declared by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or venue change, bets will be voided or settled according to our published Sportsbook Rules.

All casino games, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed outcomes on any individual session.

scr99 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake has occurred. In such cases, the affected wagers will be refunded at the original stake amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on scr99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen credit cards, falsified identity documents, or engaging in chargeback fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets without human intervention.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities: Deliberately taking advantage of bugs, glitches, or errors in game software.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on events where the outcome has been predetermined through corrupt means.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or disguise the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Multiple account operation: Registering more than one account to circumvent betting limits, claim multiple bonuses, or evade restrictions.

• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical malfunctions.
• Unauthorized access to your account by third parties.
• Errors in game outcomes or odds calculation resulting from software bugs or data-feed failures.

scr99's total liability to you for all claims arising under or related to these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your scr99 account in the six months preceding the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. scr99 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform.

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and other materials displayed on scr99 are the exclusive property of scr99 or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used by scr99.
• Use the scr99 brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission.
